Payment

You can either pay by credit card, online banking or prepaid money order.

• Credit card payment

once your purchase has been prepared for payment, you can choose to pay by credit card. We will direct you to Paypal.be where you will safely, securely and quickly be able to complete the purchase. You will not need to create an account with Paypal, unless you already have one.

• Payment with money transfer.

You may pay by a prepaid money order or by using an electronic banking payment program. When you confirm your purchase an E mail will be sent to you with your order's confirmation and bank account information you will need for the transaction. As soon as we've received your payment the order will be processed and you will receive a delivery confirmation by e mail. We will send you an invoice with the ordered items, unless you ask differently by writing so under "special request".

Please be advised: any possible bank charges on international transactions are to be covered by the customers. In cases when payments will be received, where any charge has been deducted from the total amount by the bank (e.g currency change), the transaction will be automatically cancelled and the remaining amount will be sent back to the bank account from which it has been sent. Any charges on that bank transaction will be covered by the customers.

Delivery of the article

The item will be delivered to the address that you mention in your order. The address used by default is your billing address, unless you specify another address when the item is sent as a gift.

We will ship your item two days after reception of your payment by regular post. We cannot be held liable for possible delays that are caused by the postal service.

Shipping costs vary according to the destination country. When you choose the destination country while ordering an item on benkass.com, you will immediately see what shipping costs you will be required to pay.

Shipping costs are calculated per item. No discounts are offered on shipments of several items.

Refund

We do not refund items bought on benkass.com. If however the item you have bought malfunctions due to factory defect, we will change your item.

Restrictions

Gift wraps are not sold seperately from other items. Orders of gift wraps will be cancelled and no refun will be then credited to the customer.
