The Second Vernissage
Ben's recital yesterday, which was planned to be given in open air at the garden of Huis Hellemans, had to be moved to the church near by due to unpredictable weather condition. But that did not take away from the warmth left by Schubert's Impromptus and Moments Musicaux and the presence of his father Joel Kass at the concert.
A reception at Huis Hellemans was organized after the recital which felt very much like a second vernissage. Here are some photos, courtesy of Nancy Limpens. You can see they are renovating the church. The roof was actually open! so in a way it was an open air concert after all.
