Gidon Saks & Ben Kass - From Handle to Sondheim
Internationally acclaimed Bass-Baritone Gidon Saks and Ben Kass present you with a journey in time through songs, from Baroque to present day. The concert program starts with in the Baroque period, with a Recitative and two Airs by Handle. We move on to Romantic Lieder by Schubert and Strauss and then to songs by Hans Eisler. The concert ends with a selection of songs out of Stephen Sondheim’s musicals.
